Gant Travel picks Farenexus' contract management solution
U.S.-based Gant Travel has chosen Montreal-based Farenexus’ solution for contract management, nexusCMT, to help streamline its operations.
The partnership marks a “significant milestone” for both parties, wrote Farenexus in a press release.
“The decision to select nexusCMT reflects Gant Travel's commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements within the travel management sector. Our comprehensive contract management platform offers unparalleled features and capabilities designed to optimize every aspect of airline contract management,” the company wrote.
"This strategic alliance not only underscores our dedication to providing cutting-edge technology solutions but also validates our position as a trusted partner in assisting TMCs and Agencies in adapting to the dynamic airline distribution model,” said Ravi Panwar, CEO of Farnexus, in a statement. “Partnering with an esteemed organization like Gant Travel illustrates our ongoing commitment to delivering unparalleled value and innovation to our valued partners.”
nexusCMT, as a rule engine-driven tool, automatically computes commissions for travel agencies on every PNR or route in accordance with contracts imposed by airlines.
Patrick Linnihan, president and CEO of Gant Travel, which is based in Indiana, said the integration of CMT “has emerged as a game-changer.”
“This strategic move has successfully lightened the administrative burden of commission processing, empowering our agents to dedicate themselves to a multitude of customer needs with sharper focus and heightened effectiveness” Linnihan said.
