Ensemble wraps Skyline series of nine regional events
Ensemble has concluded its 2025 Skyline series, a set of regional gatherings held in nine cities over six weeks across North America, including Chicago, Atlantic City, Ft. Lauderdale, Newport Beach, Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and Vancouver, with record breaking attendance from both members and partners.
Under the theme of Reenergizing Relationships, the events were designed to bring together Ensemble members and partners along with the senior leadership team in or near their home communities for two days of education, relationship-building, and connection – capturing the same energy and momentum sparked by Horizons, Ensemble’s annual consortium-wide gathering.
The concept for Skyline also reflects insights from an industry survey conducted by Travel Weekly in partnership with Ensemble, which found that the top reasons advisors stay with an agency or consortium are a strong sense of community and competitive supplier commissions. These priorities shaped the Skyline agenda, which included collaborative sessions, program overviews, and networking opportunities.

Each event included deep dives into key Ensemble initiatives including updates to ADX, new tools, including a new Direct Mail offering, the CRM integration with HubSpot and an expanded suite of digital and print resources through the award-winning Range publication series, and a new Member Portal.
They also covered revised approaches across verticals including cruise, hotel, tour, air, Sun & Sand, DMC, to support stronger collaboration between members and preferred partners.
In addition to the daytime sessions, each Skyline event featured an evening program designed to reflect the local culture of its host city. Themes ranged from an 80s night in Atlantic City to Palm Royale in Ft. Lauderdale, a yacht themed evening in Newport Beach and attending a hockey game in Winnipeg.
“This year’s Skyline series exceeded our expectations in every way,” said Michael Johnson, president of Ensemble. “We saw record-breaking attendance and participation from members and partners alike. The level of engagement and the quality of feedback we've received clearly show the value of bringing our network together in this format. It’s an important reminder of the role local connection plays in building a stronger collective – one that’s more vibrant than ever with more than 50 new agencies joining our network.”
