Ensemble has announced its second consecutive year of profit sharing with a 90 per cent of members increasing their payouts from the previous year, according to a press release.

The achievement underscores Ensemble's "commitment to delivering enhanced profitability and value to its members," reads a company statement.

It also represents an increase from last year when 73 per cent of the consortium’s top performing members earned a higher percentage than they did pre-pandemic in 2019.

Ensemble credits its success to its proprietary booking platform, ADX, "which continues to surpass industry standards by delivering above-average margins."

Ensemble says its members, using ADX, have seen higher margins and increased revenue streams.

"Ensemble is thrilled to announce another year of profit sharing, smashing expectations and reaffirming our unwavering commitment to member prosperity,” said Michael Johnson, president of Ensemble, in a statement. “Innovation and profitability are in our DNA, and this stellar outcome is proof of our relentless dedication to delivering on and exceeding the promises we’ve made to our members.”

Responding to the record-breaking payouts, members expressed their enthusiasm and gratitude for the transformation of the consortium.

“After going through some challenging years due to the pandemic, our organization was extremely pleased to receive such wonderful support and dedication from Ensemble which helped us achieve maximum profitability in 2023, stated Chris Rollinson, co-president, Escapes.ca. “Their commitment to supporting travel advisors and working with key suppliers has been instrumental in our growth.”

As Ensemble is approaching the two-year anniversary of its acquisition by Navigatr Group.

Over the past two years, the company has undergone many changes, introducing programs that have set new standards in the consortia space from extensive training and development to exclusive strategic partnerships, revitalized programs across all verticals, and a tech stack anchored by the ADX platform.
