BonBon backlash: Transat responds as advisor demands answers about restitution process

Transat has responded to a campaign aimed at rallying travel advisors around the suspended BonBon program, addressing its restitution process. "We are aware that some advisors have encountered difficulties during the process,” Julie Sareault, commercial director at Transat, tells PAX. Travel advisor Gail Lea says Transat is forcing advisors to “jump through hoops to be paid what belongs to us.”
