Transat says it is making headway in its BonBon restitution process, telling PAX Thursday (June 11) that iit has received over two thousand forms since April 30. “Regarding a new travel advisor rewards program, we are currently evaluating future initiatives,” the company added. The loyalty program was suspended almost a year ago due to ongoing technical issues at TruCash, its third-party supplier.
