VoX International adds Guadeloupe Islands to roster

VoX International has added the Guadeloupe Islands to its client roster.

Representing the destination in Canada, VoX will lead strategic public relations efforts, alongside travel trade and consumer marketing initiatives, to raise awareness of the French Caribbean archipelago among consumers and travel professionals.

The Guadeloupe Islands offers travellers a blend of natural beauty, cultural depth, and the warm, welcoming spirit of Creole life.

With pristine beaches, lush rainforests, and rich biodiversity, the islands are a haven for nature lovers and adventurers alike. Visitors can also savour the islands’ distinctive culinary traditions and immerse themselves in vibrant local customs and festivals.

“The Guadeloupe Islands are a truly special destination in the French Caribbean,” said Susan Webb, president of VoX, in a press release. “We look forward to collaborating with our Canadian media and travel trade partners to shine a spotlight on the Guadeloupe Islands and inspire more Canadian travellers to choose this incredible Caribbean destination for their next getaway.”

Air Canada is launching a new weekly non-stop flight from Toronto (YYZ) to the Guadeloupe Islands, operating from December 20, 2025, to April 30, 2026.

Non-stop flights from Montreal (YUL) are also available with Air Canada, and Air France, Air Transat during winter offering additional convenient gateways to the islands.

Non-stop flights from Quebec City will debut Feb. 18 with Air Transat. Travellers can reach the Guadeloupe Islands in just about 5 hours by plane from Toronto, Montreal, and Quebec City.

“The Guadeloupe Islands are delighted to join forces with VoX International, leveraging their expertise in tourism marketing and public relations in the Canadian travel industry, to introduce Ontario travellers to the unforgettable charm and warmth of the Guadeloupe Islands. We are also reinforcing and deepening our relationship with the Quebec region,” said Rodrigue Solitude, CEO, Guadeloupe Islands Tourism Board, in a statement.

Anchita Singla, PR executive, will lead the public relations efforts, supported by Erin Oddleifson, director of marketing and client services, who will oversee consumer marketing strategies.

Carla D’andrea will lead travel trade sales efforts for Guadeloupe islands.
