Visit Orlando to bring "Sunshine Tour” to Ottawa & Montreal this October

Visit Orlando, along with its theme parks, attractions, hotels and transportation partners, will bring the Orlando Canadian Sunshine Tour to Ottawa (Oct. 9) and Montreal (Oct. 10) this fall.

"We are ready to spread the sunshine in Ottawa and Montreal, two key markets offering increased airlift into Orlando," said Casandra Matej, president and CEO of Visit Orlando. "With Canada being our top international market, we value the opportunity to connect with our partners and further solidify Orlando as the top destination for Canadian travellers."

Earlier this year, Visit Orlando announced that Canada remains Orlando’s top international market, with more than 1.2 million visitors traveling to Orlando in 2023, the highest number from this market in Orlando’s history. 

The destination welcomed 6.13 million international visitors last year, an increase of 25% over 2022 numbers.

The Orlando Canadian Sunshine Tour schedule is as follows: 

• Wednesday, October 9 from 9 a.m. – noon: Breakfast Presentation at The Westin Ottawa
• Thursday, October 10from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.: Dinner Presentation at Le Centre Sheraton Montreal
