Experience Kissimmee welcomes agents from across Canada
Experience Kissimmee recently hosted a FAM for travel advisors from Vancouver to Halifax, with flights provided by Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge.
The trip was led by Denise Graham, account director for Experience Kissimmee, represented in Canada by VoX International.
From hotel and vacation home site inspections to zip lining over alligators at Gatorland to cheering their knights to victory at Medieval Times to cycling through Celebration to wrapping up the week at Walt Disney World theme parks, the advisors left filled with new knowledge of the destination, new product to sell and new friendships and memories to last a lifetime, according to a news release.

Kissimmee is known as the “Vacation Home Capital of the World” for its vast inventory of rentable homes, which are built in purpose-built communities.
Located in Florida's Osceola County, just south of Orlando, Kissimmee is minutes away from Universal Orlando Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.
SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment and Legoland Florida Resort are also within driving distance.

The main differentiator in Kissimmee is that it offers “the best of both worlds,” as DT Minich, president and CEO of Experience Kissimmee, told PAX in an interview last year, noting the destination’s connection to nature.
“Orlando is all man-made attractions,” he said. “Whereas we have some of the most incredible Mother Nature-made attractions.”
Other outdoor activities in the destination include kayaking in Shingle Creek, Tree Trek Adventure Park and Wild Florida, a safari attraction that offers air boat tours.
According to the Conference Board of Canada, air lift arrivals from Canada into Orlando is up compared to 2019 levels. Last year saw 805,416 arriving passengers, whereas 2019 recorded 717,543.
Walt Disney World is currently offering 20 per cent savings on park tickets, which helps with the U.S. dollar conversion and lends to the affordability of staying in a Kissimmee vacation home.
