Agents can explore New Zealand with $500 FAM credit

Tourism New Zealand has introduced a special $500 trip credit on its New Zealand Specialist Program for the first 50 agents who book an independent Explore PLUS familiarization trip.

The independent FAM must be booked by Aug. 12, 2018 to qualify for the trip credit, and travel must take place between Sept. 1, and Nov. 11, 2018. Hawaiian Airlines, which is new to the program, offers agents a $500 return airfare, with other participating airlines including American Airlines and Fiji Airways.

“We recognize agents have limited time and so we developed a program that lets them travel when they want, the way they want, and with whom they want,” commented Michelle Rosenberg, senior manager of trade partnerships, North America, for Tourism New Zealand.

“The program is very flexible and allows agents to design their very own New Zealand experience.”

Agents who wish to apply for the Explore PLUS program must complete the 100% Pure New Zealand Specialist Program at the Bronze or Silver levels, with Gold level achieved by completing the FAM.
