Travel companies awarded by Saint Lucia

Five travel companies were recognized in an award ceremony at the third annual Saint Lucia North American Showcase, held from July 30 to Aug. 2.

The businesses include Air Canada Vacations (Top Producing Canadian Tour Operator), Classic Vacations Canada (Most Improved Sales Support From a Tour Operator), Expedia (Top Producing Online Tour Operator), Travel Impressions (Top Producing Traditional Tour Operator and Best Producing Tour Operator for Weddings and Honeymoons) and Booking.com (Fastest Growing Tour Operator).

The three-day event brought together key tourism stakeholders from Canada, the U.S. and Saint Lucia including the Saint Lucia Hotel & Tourism Association, the Ministry of Tourism, tour operators, industry experts and hoteliers, forging new business partnerships and building product knowledge.
