Transat holds Disney training academy

Transat Distribution Canada welcomed 50 delegates to their second training academy at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida last week, providing in-depth education on the company’s destinations and products.

The sessions focused on how to make the guest experience the best that it can be, covering topics including Walt Disney World Resort & Disneyland Resort; Disney Cruise Line; Adventures by Disney; Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa; plus Disney Groups and Weddings. The week ended with the TDC members conducting workshops around how to attract Disney guests, and what to offer various types of Disney clientele. 

TDC and Disney will now track results from these participants and determine a plan for future academies.
