Transat appoints new Toronto-area BDM

Transat has appointed Heidi Lord as business development manager - Toronto, North & East York.

Lord will be responsible for working with Transat’s agency partners in Toronto’s core, North York and East York. She comes to Transat with 18 years of experience in the travel industry, 13 of which was within the sales realm, including inside, outside and key regional accounts; she also brings extensive experience in assisting her agents/agencies with growing their sales in a variety of areas, including vacation packages worldwide, cruising, and consolidation air.
