TIAC names Bell president & CEO

Charlotte Bell has been appointed president and CEO of the Tourism Industry Association of Canada, effective April 9.

Bell has more than 25 years of experience in regulatory, corporate and government affairs, including success in leading regulatory change in the broadcast sector. She also more recently led Corporate Affairs strategies for Atlantic Lottery Corporation overseeing stakeholder and community relations as well as corporate reputation.

The role was previously held by interim president & CEO Rob Taylor, who took over temporarily after former president David Goldstein left TIAC to helm the Canadian Tourism Commission last fall.
