TDC progam to increase Europe group bookings

TDC has launched a Europe Groups Training program exclusively for their members, as part of the company’s continuing drive to increase Group sales.

From Sept. 23 – 29, 2015 TDC escorted 20 participants from Ontario and Western Canada to Budapest, Hungary and Prague, Czech Republic for in-depth experiential training on how to promote Group Travel with the Transat Europe product. This included visits to key destinations, nine hotel site inspections and a custom designed Educational Guide developed specifically for this subject.

The delegates also engaged in educational forums leading to the development of actionable plans including establishing sales objectives and selling strategies to actively increase their Europe Group business.
