Softvoyage revamps booking module

In an effort to offer more choices to agents and tour operators looking to book a cruise, Softvoyage has unveiled plans to invest in its Cruises shopping engine.

By connecting directly to the major cruise lines’ reservation systems including Carnival, MSC, RCCL and NCL, Softvoyage intends to improve its cruises’ content and increase the number of cruise offers available for Canadian tour operators and travel agents who use SIREV, as well as for online travel agencies using Softvoyage’s business-to-consumer e-commerce solutions.

All of SIREV key features will be available for the Cruises module, including single sign-on, mark-ups/discounts, the Personalized Brochure, TripBook, merge-backs, etc.

Softvoyage’s plans also include a revamp of its shopping experience and the introduction of better tools.

The new Cruises module will be released early in the fall, in time for the upcoming winter season.
