Sandals celebrates opening of Ochi Beach Resort
Sandals Ochi Beach Resort in Jamaica marked its official grand opening with a celebration on June 1 with an audience of celebrities, top travel agents, tour operators and travel media.
Following a multi-million dollar renovation project, the resort in Ocho Rios debuted a redesigned aesthetic along with seven new Gourmet Discovery Dining options, its Ochi Beach Club, upgraded accommodations and more.
Throughout the grand opening weekend, Sandals Ochi Beach Resort welcomed an audience of international VIPs including more than 100 travel agents, including members of the Chairman’s Royal Club (CRC), and top agents and experts of the Sandals brand.
During their stay, the Chairman’s Royal Club also attended a roundtable discussion with Sandals Resorts International Chairman, Gordon Stewart, and other Sandals Resorts executives for a review of Sandals Ochi’s new marketing materials and a conversation on the future of the brand.
Sandals Ochi Beach Resort is set on over 100 acres of tropical gardens between the St. Ann’s mountains and the Caribbean Sea on Jamaica’s North Coast. The resort features 529 rooms and suites, 16 restaurants, two Red Lane Spas and nearby access to Sandals Golf & Country Club.
