Royal Scenic's CAS program returns
Royal Scenic’s 2015 Certified Asia Specialist (CAS) Program can now be accessed by travel professionals looking to improve their knowledge with an extensive overview of multiple Asia destinations and participating stakeholders.
Eight tourism boards, the most in the program’s history, are participating in 2015, which marks the program’s 14th year. They include the China National Tourist Office, India Tourism, Japan National Tourist Organization, Korea Tourism Organization, Philippine Department of Tourism, Tourism Malaysia, Taiwan Tourism Bureau and Tourism Authority of Thailand. Airline sponsors include Air Canada, China Airlines, Delta Airlines, EVA Air and Japan Airlines. Hong Kong-based Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts rounds out the list.
The ACTA-approved Certified Asia Specialist Program is available free of charge online to retail travel professionals across Canada. Graduates qualify for 12 advanced credits toward CTC accreditation and enjoy benefits and assistance.
