Enjoy Travel Group is gearing up for a milestone moment.

This Wednesday (Nov. 19), the tour operator will host a celebration at its Montreal office, bringing together key players from the Canadian and international travel industry.

The afternoon will not only commemorate the company’s first-year anniversary in Canada, but also unveil a new global corporate image and launch its 2026 product portfolio.

It’s a fitting culmination to a year defined by growth, presence, and momentum.

“It has been quite busy,” said Sabrena Dayle, sales, marketing & operations director at Enjoy Travel Group’s Canada office, reflecting on the brand’s first 12 months in Canada.

Speaking with PAX over the phone, Dayle explained how the past year has been about elevating the company’s industry presence—participating in shows and events, visiting travel agencies, and increasing overall engagement.

“Our business model is focused on supporting advisors and helping them grow their revenue through value-added services – and this year has been all about awareness,” Dayle said,

That includes promoting Enjoy’s presence on SIREV, Sabre, and Galileo, as well as keeping its website current with comprehensive details about tours and excursions, and marketing materials that agents can use.

In addition to its team of four at the Montreal office, Enjoy has two business development managers in the field, Sara Pulla and Gabriela Benedetto, serving the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.

Milestones & market momentum

Barcelona-based Enjoy Travel Group, which began operations more than two decades ago (originally under the name Skedio Travel), made its Canadian debut in October 2024.

Over the past year, the Canadian arm has surpassed 2,000 booked passengers and has concentrated on securing key partnerships with major industry players—from leading hotel brands to tourism boards in destinations such as Cuba and the Dominican Republic.

Much of the focus has been on educating the trade, Dayle said.

“We’re stressing that even though we’re new in Canada, our company has been around since 2001,” she said. “Our head office is in Spain, we have 14 offices around the world. Our newest one is in Panama. Our company is well established.”

A strategic expansion

Canada’s strong affinity for destinations where Enjoy has excelled for more than two decades—Cuba, Dominican Republic and Mexico, in particular—made the move a logical fit.

“After a strategic market analysis, we identified a strong affinity between Canadian travellers and the destinations we have successfully operated for over 20 years,” Dayle explained.

“The positive feedback from the travel advisors we’ve engaged with confirmed that this was the right time to establish a direct presence and promote our portfolio from within the country.”

Enjoy’s Canadian office has already aligned itself with partners such as Global Tourisme (for its Canada-based summer tours) and Julia Travel (a prominent international brand for European multi-destination circuits).

Beyond partnerships, Dayle emphasized a portfolio that has deepened and diversified.

“We have partnered with the big hotel chains – Catalonia, Iberostar, MeliaWyndham Tulum – and we’re also focusing on boutique hotels,” she said.

Casa Tortuga in Tulum, for example, is one of Enjoy’s newest partners. It’s located directly in Tulum National Park and near the beach town’s beach clubs and restaurants.

“A whole group can stay there,” Dayle said. “At Casa Tortuga, you have unlimited access to the national park, including cenotes.”

Flexibility, customization, local expertise

Enjoy Travel Group specializes in tailor-made vacations supported by a robust network of local DMCs worldwide.

“One thing we pride ourselves on is having local offices in our destinations… When clients travel, our local ground office is there to help,” Dayle said.

This on-the-ground model allows Enjoy to offer everything from classic packages to fully customized itineraries.

“We don’t just promote packages – with air, hotel and transfers – but we also do custom trips. We have that flexibility because of our local offices. You get to explore and experience the destination with us.”

The teams also specialize in weddings and accessible travel.

Accessibility as a core strength

Enjoy’s accessibility program, for one, is detailed and hands-on. Dayle outlined what this looks like in Cuba, for example.

“We can provide scooters,” she said. “Our team will visit the hotels to make sure they have accessible rooms on the ground floor and elevator access. If clients are in a wheelchair, and they want to know the dimensions between the floor and bed, we have a team that can find out.”

Partnerships across transportation, hotels, and beach facilities also ensure travellers with disabilities can explore confidently – including the option to rent a beach wheelchair, if desired.

What’s trending

For this winter, Dayle noted growing demand for villa stays and long-stay programs.

“For Cuba, we offer villas,” she said. “These are houses you can rent, families and friends can split cost. They come with private pools, chefs come in and cook. “It’s a A different type of experience.”

On SIREV, advisors will find Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Florida, and even European destinations for summer—but Enjoy’s global office network means options extend far beyond those listings.

“If a client wants to go, to Peru or Argentina, we can arrange it,” Dayle said.

Looking ahead, the Enjoy’s 2026 portfolio promises even more innovation.

This includes a new global corporate image, a technological platform called ENJOYPRO, and a new product portfolio, which includes accessible programs, LGBTQ+ travel offerings, multi-destination itineraries, exclusive excursions, and more unique products in Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Florida and Europe.

A new loyalty program and agent commission promotions are also coming.

Rooted in personalization

When asked about Enjoy’s competitive advantage, Dayle said it comes down to customization.

“If you have a group, tell us what they want and we’ll organize it,” she said. “We build trips with travel advisors, and we’re accessible to them. It’s a personalized relationship.”

This high-touch approach is resonating with advisors as they increasingly seek innovative, flexible options, she said.

“Travel advisors are increasingly seeking flexible, authentic, and personalized travel solutions,” she said.

Cooking classes, cycling groups, hiking activities...pick your passion.

“While we do offer traditional packages, we also provide deeper, more immersive destination experiences, supported by our local DMCs,” Dayle said. “We provide a structure that empowers travel professionals and enhances the traveller journey.”

Expansion on the radar

While Enjoy’s Montreal office is currently the company’s Canadian hub, expansion is on the radar.

“Right now, the company is focused on expanding in Quebec, Dayle said. However: “The long-term plan is to expand more within Canada,” she said. “We’ve done shows in Calgary and Vancouver and travel counsellors are excited.”

In other words, make some room, Canada. Because Enjoy Travel Group is just getting started.
