More time for TravelBrands

TravelBrands has obtained an extension of the stay of proceedings initially granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) on May 27, 2015, to Aug.17, 2015.

In a statement released by the company, TravelBrands stated that the extension would provide them with time to continue stakeholder discussions in an effort to determine a favourable outcome.

KPMG, appointed as Monitor by the Court, will continue to oversee the business and financial affairs of TravelBrands during the CCAA process.
