Monograms streamlines agent certification program

Tour operator Monograms has announced that it has enhanced its agent certification program to make it shorter and faster to accomplish. The Monograms Booking Agent program, which is available at www.agentlingo.ca, now comprises five modules which total some 90 minutes to complete, with the shortest estimated at just 12 minutes.

In exchange, agents will have a clear understanding of the simplicity of Monograms, which delivers vacations that enjoy a 96 per cent client satisfaction rating. 'Graduates' of the MBA program also enjoy a 50 per cent discount for them and their travelling companions on the Monograms vacation of their choice after their first booking upon their successful completion of the program.

This year, Monograms offers 67 itineraries in Europe, 30 in South and Central America, 15 in Asia, 10 to Australia and New Zealand and seven to Africa.
