Meg Murgatroyd named head of trade sales for Just You in North America

Solo traveller specialist Just You has named Meg Murgatroyd as head of trade sales in North America.

The travel company, which was acquired by G Adventures in 2017, has been crafting vacations exclusively for solo travellers for more than 20 years. Murgatroyd's appointment is part of an ongoing commitment to supporting the travel trade in Canada.

“Meg is well respected by agents and brings a wealth of experience to her new position. We have ambitious plans for growth with our travel agent partners and appointing Meg is our first step in becoming the number one solo travel operator for agents in Canada," said Tom Morgan, Just You’s trade sales director, in a press release. 

“India, Italy, Jordan and Japan are some of the most popular destinations for Just You’s Canadian customers, but no matter which destination agents’ customers choose, they will always be able to enjoy new experiences with other solo travellers, as well as having their own free time to explore independently.  Murgatroyd says she brings a strong background in leading travel organizations through strategic initiatives and achieving sales targets.
