Ladouceur to lead AmEx GBT in Canada

American Express Global Business Travel has appointed Jacinthe Ladouceur as vice president and general manager of Canada.

Reporting to Kevin Carey, senior vice president & head of Americas Region, Ladouceur will serve as a member of the organization’s Americas Leadership Team. Ladouceur replaces Colin Temple, who is assuming the role of vice president and general manager of the U.S. Middle Market.

A 22-year veteran of American Express Global Business Travel, Ladouceur has held several senior and executive positions in Canada within the organization. Since 2007, she has served as vice president, global service delivery for Canada and Latin America. In 2010, Ladouceur helped establish the Canadian Online Department and in 2012, she expanded her leadership responsibilities to include GBT’s North American Online Service Delivery team.
