Kensington Tours welcomes new president Ronald Veno

Luxury travel industry veteran Ronald Veno has been announced as the new president of Kensington Tours.

Veno brings more than 20 years of experience, 18 years of which were spent with Abercrombie & Kent. According to a release, his role will include the curating of Kensington Tours’ global portfolio of luxury experiences, with a strong focus on customer experience and driving unsurpassed quality and value.

Veno was most recently with Abercrombie & Kent Akorn Destination Management, where he headed strategic sales teams in North and South America as well as Europe, while spearheading growth in emerging markets like Eastern Europe, China and Brazil. In addition to destination management, his experience includes sales management in the retail, tour operator, incentive, and cruise segments.

Prior to Akorn, Veno owned and led the firm Global Travel Solutions in the North American wholesale travel trade.

He will share his time between the U.S. and Canada offices.
