Heather Gerrard named BDM for Sunwing in Alberta & Prairies

This fall, Heather Gerrard will join the Sunwing Vacations sales team as a business development manager for Alberta and the Prairie provinces.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome Heather to the Sales Team for Sunwing Vacations,” said Graeme Franklin, director of sales for Western Canada at Sunwing Vacations, in a press release Monday (Sept. 30).

“Heather has been a valued, integral member of the Sunwing family for 20 years, and with her extensive knowledge of the product, brand and our company values, will continue to be a driving force in strengthening our partnerships with the travel advisor community in Alberta and the Prairies.”

Gerrard comes from Sunwing Vacations’ inventory department, and previously worked at Signature Vacations in the call centre before moving to the operations team.

Effective October 1, 2024, Gerrard will be fully migrated to the sales team under the management of Franklin.
