Handa Travel recognized in Ottawa Consumer Choice Awards

Handa Travel is once again among the winners of the 2015 Ottawa Consumer Choice Awards, recognizing outstanding customer service in a variety of business sectors.

General Manager Mohinder Handa told PAX that the business, founded in 1976, has been a recipient of the award every year since 1997, based on positive customer feedback.

“This award is based on customer satisfaction," he said, "and we're honoured to once again be recognized."

The annual awards are handed out across Canada based on opinions, perceptions and expectations garnered from the responses of thousands of consumers and businesses. All winners have gone through a rigorous selection process conducted by a third party research firm to ensure only the most outstanding service providers are the winners within their respective industry.
