Goway GroupsOnly grows leadership team, offers advisor sweepstakes
From left: Patrick Corriveau, groups sales & reservation manager for Europe; Ali Rizvi, groups sales & reservation manager for Asia and the Americas; and Jennifer Murray, director of groups sales & reservations.

Goway GroupsOnly says it is expanding its leadership team and running a February sweepstakes for travel advisors, following what the company calls a record year in 2025.

The division posted 25 per cent sales growth last year, with 100 group bookings made in December alone.

The company says it’s seeing continued momentum in custom group travel, citing trends such as longer booking lead times to secure space in high-demand destinations like Japan and Italy, last-minute bookings tied to deals and availability, and growth in women-only group travel.

“It’s a dynamic time for custom group travel,” says Shirley Rourke, VP Goway GroupsOnly.

“People are responding to market forces such as overtourism and affordability by joining like-minded travellers to embark on custom group vacations. Group travel is affordable and provides a lot of convenient perks, such as access to behind-the-scenes experiences, so it’s only growing more appealing in a world where it’s sometimes hard to make travel dreams a reality.”

Goway GroupsOnly expands leadership team

In response to its 2025 performance, Goway GroupsOnly has promoted Jennifer Murray to director of groups sales & reservations.

Murray has played a key role in the division’s record sales over the past four years, and will focus on scaling the division for growth while maintaining consistency across destinations.

Goway GroupsOnly has also hired Ali Rizvi as groups sales & reservation manager for Asia and the Americas, and Patrick Corriveau as groups sales & reservation manager for Europe.

"We’re thrilled to grow the GroupsOnly team,” adds Rourke.

“The interest in custom group travel shows no signs of slowing down. By promoting Jennifer Murray and bringing Ali Rizvi and Patrick Corriveau onto the team, we’re setting ourselves up for success in the years to come and ensuring we’re equipped to ride this wave of popularity for custom group travel.”

Advisor sweepstakes runs through February

Goway GroupsOnly is also rolling out a February sweepstakes for travel advisors, offering the chance to earn up to $1,000 on a GowayPro Virtual Rewards Card.

For every new group booking made between Feb. 1 and Feb. 28, 2026, advisors will receive five entries into the draw. Prizes include:

  • 1st prize: $1,000
  • 2nd prize: $500
  • 3rd prize: $250

Three winners will be randomly selected in early March from all correct entries, with full details posted on the sweepstakes page on GowayPro.com.

The company says it plans to continue supporting travel advisors with additional incentives and promotions going forward.
