Globus unlocks "Ultimate Guide” for new travel advisors
The Globus family of brands has launched an initiative for newcomers to the travel industry.
“Start Strong: Ultimate Guide for New Travel Advisors” is designed to help newer sellers build confidence, capabilities and sustainable businesses from day one.
Throughout the industry, both suppliers and agency owners are noticing a surge of newer travel advisors entering the market, Globus said in a press release.
These newcomers bring fresh enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial mindset, yet they also encounter a steep learning curve as they work to understand complex products, meet client expectations, and compete in an increasingly crowded marketplace."
“This moment matters,” said Cory McGillivray, vice president of sales operations and channel marketing for the Globus family of brands, in a statement.
“We’re welcoming a growing class of Travel Advisors who are new to the industry and their success will shape the future of travel retail. What we’re seeing is a real need for education that goes beyond products to offer practical guidance that helps advisors sell with confidence, build trust quickly and grow businesses that last.”
While destination demand and supplier innovation continue to evolve, the longer-term health of the travel industry depends on continued advisor success – particularly for those just entering the profession.
“Without the right support early on, many new advisors can struggle to scale, differentiate themselves or fully leverage the value of a strong supplier partnerships,” Globus said.
Leaning into its “We’ve Got U” platform, the Globus family of brands created its Ultimate Guide to address those challenges head-on, offering real-world insights and foundational knowledge to help advisors find their niche, access tools, and turn leads into repeat business.
“Our role is to help advisors succeed in not just booking trips, but building careers,” added McGillivray. “This guide, along with the tools and support behind it, reflects how seriously we take that responsibility.”
