Globus' Travel Agent Guide now available

The Globus family of brands in Canada has released its 2015 Travel Agent Guide & Group Planner, providing agents with insights and selling tips.

The guide is available in both print and online versions and contains details on the companies’ various guarantees, revenue opportunities and key messages by brand (Globus, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon Waterways) as well as dozens of insider tips to close the sale. 

A section is devoted to the company’s Groups Department and includes FAQs. Agents can also get up to date on the company’s Client Connect program, whereby consumers are referred to not just an agency, but a Specialist Agent who has passed various online Globus family company courses. The guide also provides details on agent rates and how to earn free travel.
