Globus, Cosmos launch 2017 North America tours

Globus and Cosmos recently launched their 2017 collections of North America tours, including new additions and early booking bonuses from both brands.

Globus unveiled new “Special Event” getaways, including a seven-day ‘Tournament of Roses with San Diego’ escorted tour, and, for the first time, tours to Mexico, comprising a 10-day ‘Mexico’s Copper Canyon’ vacation and an eight-day ‘The Wonders of Mexico’s Yucatán’ itinerary.

"We really have something for any client who’d love to travel in the company of new-found friends, on a hassle-free itinerary where you can leave the driving to someone else," says Stéphanie Bishop, managing director for the Globus family of brands in Canada. "Whether they want to soak in that famous Southern hospitality, experience the majesty of Alaska or get to know their own country a bit better – it’s all there for them." In all, the company will feature 47 itineraries across Canada, the US and Mexico next year.

Globus is also offering 16 ‘GoParks!’ tours to 43 national parks for those looking to explore America’s landscapes, and for the first time, when travellers book a Globus GoParks! US national parks vacation, the company will make a donation to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation.

Sister brand Cosmos has unveiled escorted tours for as little as $166 per day on the 13-day The Canadian Rockies tour. Highlights include four national parks, ferry crossing to and from Victoria Island, and an inside visit to Butchart Gardens – rated among the most beautiful gardens in the world.

Book clients on any 2017 Globus North America or Costa Rica tour by Nov. 29, 2016, and they will save 10 per cent. Cosmos travellers will save $50 per person when they book by Oct. 25, 2016. Clients can also save up to an additional $300 per person on select Globus and Cosmos Canada tours featuring VIA Rail or the Rocky Mountaineer.
