G Adventures acquires Travelsphere, Just You

G Adventures has purchased Travelsphere and its sister brand Just You, following the sudden closure of U.K. tour operator All Leisure Group this week.

According to both brands, all packages currently booked will operate as planned.

“We will be working hard to ensure that the loyal customers of Travelsphere and Just You continue to enjoy the award-winning tours that both brands organize, the future looks exceptionally bright and we look forward to expanding the range of tours for Travelsphere and Just You,” said G Adventures founder Bruce Poon Tip in a statement.

All Leisure, which also operates cruise lines Swan Hellenic and Voyages of Discovery, announced its closure earlier this week; according to reports, the closure stranded 400 U.K. travellers (who are currently being repatriated) and resulted in more than 13,000 cancelled bookings across All Leisure’s brands.

A Canadian branch of Just You was launched in 2015.
