FRHI opens rewards-based online shopping mall

FRHI, the leading operator of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, has launched a new online shopping mall, offering participating travel agents access to thousands of goods from top retailers across the globe.

Every time Famous Agents send their clients to an FRHI property or resort, they earn valuable points which can be redeemed for complimentary room nights at all Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel properties globally. As well, agents can take advantage of other great rewards, which now include an expanded range of retail gift cards and merchandise. 

FRHI’s online shopping items include luxury handbags and jewelry, high-end electronics, and house wares from top brands like Coach, Tiffany & Co., and Bose. The participating retailers and range of available products vary by region, with over 50 different country catalogues available.

As extra motivation, members can create "wish lists" and monitor their current points balance, to determine how close they are to redeeming their desired items.
