Expedia Cruises advisors complete "exceptional" voyage with Holland America

Holland America Line strengthened its partnership with Expedia Cruises through a 10-day familiarization trip aboard Koningsdam in the southern Caribbean.

The FAM brought together two groups of advisors (Team Mercer and Team Friesen) for training and hands-on ship experience.

The FAM was hosted by Aaron Crawford, business development manager, and Tom Steer, national accounts manager, of Holland America Line.

"From the moment the group stepped on board, advisors immersed themselves in the heart of Holland America's service philosophy, elegant ships, elevated experiences and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction," said Crawford.

"Throughout the voyage, advisors participated in ship tours, training sessions and hands-on demonstrations designed to highlight the unique value Holland America offers today's travellers."

The itinerary included visits to the ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao), with advisors also exploring specialty dining venues, entertainment spaces and ship amenities.

"The engagement and curiosity shown by the Expedia Cruises advisors made the FAM not only productive but truly memorable," said Steer.

Roni Higham, manager at Expedia Cruises Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, attended the FAM.
