Collette expands advisor training platform
Collette has launched Collette University 201, an expanded version of its self-paced learning platform for travel advisors.
Built in partnership with advisors, the program offers short training modules aimed at helping professionals build product knowledge, sharpen their positioning and grow their business.
Collette University 201 includes two tracks: one for advisors with five or more years of experience and another for those with zero to five years in the industry.
Collette said the goal is to deliver training that is more relevant to each advisor’s experience level.
“Supporting our travel advisors is truly at the heart of everything we do at Collette,” said Christian Leibl-Cote, executive vice president of global sales.
“We built Collette University 201 to meet advisors where they are — giving them the chance to learn in the ways that work best for them, whether that’s through virtual training, experiencing our tours firsthand, or through meaningful in person conversations. Our goal is simple: to empower advisors with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to grow their business and match clients with exceptional guided travel.”
New modules will roll out every other month throughout 2026.
Topics will include brand positioning and storytelling, Collette’s product lines, business growth strategies and sales and client-matching insights.
Collette said the program is designed to give advisors a stronger understanding of the brand and help them better match clients with guided travel options.
