cievents expands to Canada

cievents, a corporate event management business and part of the Flight Centre Travel Group, has opened a Canadian office.

The new office is located in Toronto at 1 Dundas St. West and Sasha Mazzuca will lead cievents’ Canadian operations as director of sales and account management. Mazzuca has more than 10 years' experience in the travel and event space and has overseen the launch of three businesses for the Flight Centre Travel Group in Canada, including FCm Groups & Incentives in 2007, Stage & Screen in 2011 and most recently serving as business leader for a new FCm Travel Solutions office in Toronto.

cievents, founded in Australia more than 30 years ago, now has offices in seven countries including Australia, the US, the UK, New Zealand, South Africa and Hong Kong, with plans to expand to Singapore in early 2016.
