Carnival Cruise Line’s new social media Internet packages, currently available on half of Carnival’s ships, will be rolled out fleet-wide by the first quarter of 2016.
The packages are currently available on 13 ships, providing unlimited access to sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
The line’s new Carnival HUB mobile app – which provides guests with information on the ship and includes a chat feature – is also expected to be available on five additional ships by the end of the year and be fleetwide by summer 2016. The app is currently available on Carnival Breeze, with the cruise line reporting that a third of the ship’s guests are actively using the app during their cruise.
