Air Canada Vacations unlocks incentives for group bookings

Travel advisors have a new reason to focus on group business this summer as Air Canada Vacations rolls out a series of limited-time promotions aimed at boosting bookings for destination weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats and other group travel.

The campaign combines savings for travellers with additional rewards for advisors, alongside enhanced loyalty incentives and hotel partner offers.

For a limited time, clients can save $250 per person when booking eligible groups of 10 or more full-paying passengers on select vacation packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and Cartagena, as well as Flight & Hotel packages to Hawaii.

The promotion applies to bookings made by Aug. 2, 2026, for travel between Nov. 1, 2026, and April 30, 2027.

As an added incentive, travel advisors will receive a $100 Amazon gift card for every eligible group booking.

Groups Excellence Program

The tour operator is also highlighting its Groups Excellence Program, which rewards advisors based on the number of qualifying group bookings they make.

Advisors can progress through Silver, Gold and Excellence tiers, unlocking benefits such as Aeroplan points, travel vouchers, complimentary seat selection and free CareFlex benefits.

Group Partner of the Month

In addition, Air Canada Vacations is relaunching its Group Partner of the Month program, featuring exclusive offers from participating hotel brands.

The first featured partner is Hyatt Inclusive Collection. Advisors booking qualifying groups at participating Hyatt Inclusive Collection resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean can receive one complimentary package for every five adults booked, along with $100 off per person, subject to terms and conditions.

That promotion is available until July 31, 2026, for travel between July 3, 2026, and Dec. 20, 2027. Conditions apply.

Eligible group bookings will also continue to earn advisors ACV@ME loyalty points, providing additional rewards through the company's advisor loyalty program.

Air Canada Vacations says the promotions are designed to provide added value for both travellers and travel advisors while encouraging more group bookings across its sun destination portfolio.
