Air Canada Vacations launches advisor Connect Portal

Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has launched Advisor Connect, a new B2B portal that brings sales, marketing, training and business-support resources together in one place for travel advisors across Canada.

The portal, first previewed during ACV’s 2026/27 Product Launch Series, is now live. It is intended to give advisors quicker access to marketing assets, flyers, training materials, business tools and company updates. 

More than 2,500 Canadian travel advisors participated in a nationwide campaign to choose the portal’s name. 

ACV said Advisor Connect was selected because it reflects the platform’s role as a central location for advisors to find sales tools, marketing support, training and updates.

“Everything we do is with travel advisors in mind,” said Erminia Gallina, director of sales at Air Canada Vacations. 

“For years, advisors have been asking for a centralized space where they can quickly access the tools, resources and information they need to support their business," added Gallina.

Gallina said the portal responds directly to that feedback by making it easier for advisors to locate resources, stay current on ACV news and connect with the operator.

As part of the naming campaign, every advisor who voted was entered into a draw for a $500 Air Canada Vacations travel voucher. The prize was awarded to Jordana Manchester of Travel Best Bets in Vancouver.

What advisors can find

Advisor Connect will serve as a central hub for:

• Marketing assets and promotional flyers

• Training resources

• Sales and business-building tools

• Air Canada Vacations updates, opportunities and news

• Information intended to help advisors save time and support client bookings

The launch also complements ACV's broader advisor-engagement strategy, including its ACV&ME loyalty program. 

Advisors who book eligible Air Canada Vacations packages and groups can earn ACV&ME points, which may be redeemed for Aeroplan points, travel vouchers, Visa gift cards and instant gift cards.

For qualifying package bookings of seven nights or longer, advisors earn 500 ACV&ME loyalty points per room.
