Air Canada Vacations Academy sets sail in 2027 aboard Norwegian Encore

Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has announced the inaugural Air Canada Vacations Academy at Sea, taking place from January 17 to 24, 2027, aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Encore. 

Representing a first for ACV, the learning experience will bring travel advisors from across Canada together for a blend of education, networking, and destination discovery.

Presented in partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line and other industry partners, the program will operate under the theme “Learn. Earn. Experience More.” and bring travel advisors from across Canada together for a seven-night cruise.

"By combining education, networking and destination experiences in one immersive program, we're providing advisors with valuable tools and insights they can bring back to their clients and businesses."

The 2027 itinerary includes calls in Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta, as well as dedicated sea days focused on training and collaboration.

Throughout the sailing, participating advisors will have access to exclusive Air Canada Vacations and supplier-led training sessions, networking events, hotel site inspections and hosted experiences in destination.

The package includes the seven-night Norwegian Encore sailing, Norwegian Cruise Line's More At Sea™ package, training opportunities, networking events and Air Canada Vacations' Cruise Promise benefits.

Special launch pricing starts at $1,130 per person for an inside stateroom, $1,160 for an oceanview and $1,240 for a balcony, based on double occupancy and subject to availability.

Limited Academy airfares are also being offered from Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Montréal, Québec City and Halifax.

The Air Canada Vacations Academy is available exclusively to travel advisors, with space limited for the 2027 sailing.
