Agent Snapshot tool seeing steady growth

Two hundred and fifty Canadian agents are now featured on Vacation.com’s ‘Agent Snapshot’ website, indicating a surge in popularity for the online tool since its launch in June 2015.

The website, which features more than 1,700 members in total, was designed to enable Vacation.com members and their agents to introduce themselves and their travel expertise to consumers via the Vacation.com main site.

Members personalize their profiles to attract consumers seeking their expertise, and can promote their destination knowledge, their travel specialties, industry certifications, customer service philosophy and preferred supplier partner brands.

Agents can also ask their past clients to post reviews and ratings on their profile. The site has received more than 7,400 reviews from clients across the 1,700 snapshots.
