ACV launches first-ever Groups Excellence Loyalty Program

Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has launched its first-ever Groups Excellence Loyalty Program, a new initiative that rewards travel advisors for their partnership and commitment to growing groups business.

As part of ACV’s 50th anniversary celebration, the program is “a thank you to the partners who helped us get here,”said Erminia Gallina, director of sales at ACV, in a press release. “We look forward to celebrating their success throughout the year ahead.”

The program launched on October 20, 2025, and ends on August 31, 2026.

It applies to group bookings on vacation packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and Cartagena as well as Flight & Hotel packages to Canada & the U.S., Flight & Cruise packages, and tour packages to Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America, the Middle East and North Africa.

Travel must take place between December 15, 2025, and October 31, 2026, and all bookings within this window automatically qualify for the offer.

The Groups Excellence Loyalty Program operates on a three-tiered model, Silver, Gold and Excellence, based on the number of group passengers booked during the qualifying period.

As travel advisors reach each tier, they unlock a series of exclusive rewards and perks designed to further elevate the groups booking experience.

Here’s a look at the reward system:

Program perks include Aeroplan points, travel vouchers, complimentary seat selection, free CareFlex Travel Protection plans and more, as outlined in Air Canada Vacations’ new tier grid.

To ensure seamless tracking and recognition, ACV encourages travel advisors to include their ACV&Me profile email on every group booking.

This ensures that all eligible files are captured and properly attributed to the advisor, helping them reach higher tiers faster and more accurately.

Throughout the qualification period, the ACV Sales Team will provide dedicated support, including training and education sessions, exclusive group promotions, engagement initiatives, and tools that make groups booking easier and more profitable.

Incentive

Secure group rates with only 10 full-paying passengers, and book by January 30, 2026, for an extra $500 instant credit on eligible wedding groups to Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.

You can also reserve up to 50 seats and 25 rooms with no additional deposit.
