ACV launches Europe toolkit for trade, adds new tours & cruise partners

Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has launched its 2025 Europe Travel Agent Toolkit, a useful resource that equips travel pros with the tools, incentives, and support needed to deliver European travel experiences.

The Travel Agent Toolkit includes a step-by-step checklist to ensure seamless bookings, preparation tips through the "Before You Go" page for client convenience, and 24/7 at-destination assistance for peace of mind.

It also simplifies planning with best sellers, top picks, and new recommendations, ensuring agents can match clients with the right European experience.

The unveiling comes as ACV celebrates its milestone 50th anniversary.

“We’re thrilled to unveil our 2025 Europe Travel Agent Toolkit as we celebrate five decades of excellence,” said Erminia Gallina, director of sales at Air Canada Vacations, in a press release. “This invaluable resource showcases our dedication to providing travel agents with innovative tools to inspire their clients while offering a seamless planning experience.”

ACV’s 2025 travel options are also available for groups. Agents can choose from more than 240 curated tour packages, offering guided, self-guided, or partially guided experiences.

Flight & Hotel Packages provide flexible getaways with round-trip flights, seamless connections from over 60 Canadian airports, and accommodations, plus options to add activities, excursions, car rentals, or transfers.

Flight & Cruise packages, meanwhile, feature more than 100 itineraries, allowing travellers to explore Europe’s top cities with the convenience of unpacking once and calling the ship their home.

With exclusive Cruise Promise benefits, these packages include flexible booking options with no deposit required for flights, fully refundable flights and one complimentary name change up to 24 hours before departure.

Travellers can secure their cruise with a deposit as low as $50 per person on select cruise lines.

Additionally, ACV's Cruise Promise guarantees the lowest airfare or a fly-free offer, along with the opportunity to earn Aeroplan points, and more.

Ski packages offer winter getaways with flights, accommodations, ski lift tickets, and transfers, plus added benefits like a first checked bag and one carry-on included, and Aeroplan points.

Pre and post-stay options allow for extended trips with extra nights or activities

What’s new for 2025?

This year, Air Canada Vacations has added updates to its Europe portfolio, including the launch of the multi-country tours collection.

This new addition simplifies exploring multiple destinations with expertly planned itineraries.

Newly-introduced tours now include Porto, Prague, and Naples, while expanded options in Denmark, Sweden, and Iceland provide more opportunities for discovery.

For luxury clients, Premium tours feature upgraded accommodations and services, while French-guided tours in select locations cater to bilingual travellers.

Winter enthusiasts can look forward to the addition of Andorra, complementing ski destinations like Zermatt and St. Moritz.

Air Canada Vacations has also enhanced its Flight & Cruise Packages with the addition of Virgin Voyages and river cruise company CroisiEurope – both set to launch soon.

As part of these additions, travellers can enjoy savings up to $150 per person when spending $4,500 or more on a Flight & Cruise package.

This promotion is valid on select destinations, including Athens, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Lisbon, London, Rome, and Venice. Book by December 31, 2025, for travel within 11 months of booking.

Earn $50 Amazon gift card

For a limited time, ACV is offering agents a $50 Amazon gift card when booking a clients’ next Europe tour package, and Europe Flight & Hotel packages.

Bookings are valid between January 7 and February 16, 2025, for travel between April 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

All qualifying bookings will be tracked, and Amazon gift cards will be issued at the end of February.

To kick off the 2025 season, Air Canada Vacations is offering special promotions.

Upcoming events

Air Canada Vacations and Air Canada are now gearing up to host “Dream Bigger, See the World” training sessions, with a special focus on Europe, Cruise, and its newest destinations beyond Europe.

These events will take place on February 18 in Toronto, February 19 in Vancouver, and February 20 in Montreal.
