Rocky Mountaineer has launched a new Agent Portal to simplify and enhance the experience for its travel trade partners.
Announced Oct. 29, the upgraded platform provides a centralized, streamlined way for agents to manage bookings, access marketing tools, and stay connected with the latest Rocky Mountaineer news.
The benefits trade partners can expect from the portal include:
Simplified package search – streamlined package search for agents to efficiently select package options for clients
Centralized bookings - agents can easily make quotes, reserve inventory, and make bookings online
Booking tools - resources for agents to sell and market a Rocky Mountaineer journey to clients
The new features also include:
Improved online booking experience – with a new booking interface for trade partners
Notifications feature – agents will have access to the latest Rocky Mountaineer news, product & operational updates, and promotional offers
Learning and training center – access to learning opportunities, exclusive travel agent discounts, and rail route and destination information
Marketing and sales resources - agents will have access to brochures and promotional flyers, digital assets, and customizable marketing materials
