How long have you been a travel agent? 11 Years in Canada but a total of 19 years (in Dubai and India also).

What are your specialities? 

Luxury, Europe and The Americas

What do you love most about being a travel agent? 

It's a good part of every human's life. What air means to life is what travel means to happiness.

What's one travel trend you've noticed as of late? 

People do not depend upon last minute deals anymore.

Over the years, how have you had to adapt to changes taking place in the industry? 

Learning and educating myself is imperative. Thankfully for the company I work for, we do webinars, in-house training, and discussions on a regular basis.

Of all the bookings you’ve made, which itinerary and/or travel package are you most proud of? 

Switzerland. It was a very interesting FIT booking with many components for a total of 11 people originating from various parts of the world and meeting in Switzerland to take upon some hiking tours in Jungfraujoch.

What's your number one piece of advice to other travel agents? 

Language of politeness towards customers is your best friend to win over referrals.
