Where do you live? I live in the Niagara Region

How long have you been a travel agent? I started my career in 1982, so 37 years.

What is your specialty? My specialty would be Europe and Asia.

What do you love most about being a travel agent? Making my clients dreams become a reality! 

What's one travel trend you've noticed as of late? Clients are looking for unique vacations; they want to explore out of the way places.

Of all the bookings you’ve made, which itinerary and/or travel package are you most proud of? 

I planned a family vacation to Europe for one of my regular clients, as they wanted to take the kids on a two-month holiday to Europe. They visited 10 countries, between cruising the Greek islands and sailing down the Danube visiting the Cinque Terre, the Dolomites, the magical islands of Sicily and Malta, and made their way through Spain and Portugal. Then, they continued on to enchanting England and Scotland and the Emerald Isle of Ireland.

What's your number one piece of advice to other travel agents? To make your clients dreams come true you have to experience your dreams. Make a bucket list and start travelling.
