What do you love most about being a travel agent?: I truly am doing exactly what I love, so I'm fulfilling my dreams along with those of my clients.

What's one travel trend you've noticed in consumers as of late?: Luxury safari travel.

What's the most creative thing you've ever done to secure a sale?: Taking my own safari clothes and gear to a client meeting to show them what they would need when they travelled.

What's your proudest sales achievement to date?: Selling a customized luxury safari tour in Botswana with Wilderness Safaris and adding on an extensive package of pre- and post-events for my clients. I had travelled to the locations and it was my experience and in-depth knowledge that made this my largest sale to date.

What's your number one piece of advice for other travel agents?: Sell what you enjoy and stay focused.
