Little Canada announces big leadership team appointments
Little Canada has welcomed travel and tourism experts Lyndon File and Krista Kalbfleisch to its team, in the roles of director of guest experience and leader of marketing and tourism respectively.
“Little Canada continues to attract outstanding industry talent in support of our holistic guest and tour group growth strategy,” said Brad Ford, Little Canada’s President and CEO. “Our Founder and Chief Visionary Officer Jean-Louis Brenninkmeijer and I are pleased to welcome Lyndon and Krista to the leadership team, dedicated to delivering guest delight, excitement, and engagement and scaling our 5-star-rated attraction in our five-year expansion plan.”
The appointment announcement follows the launch of the Little East Coast Destination Experience on May 19, 2023 and as visitor numbers already surpass the 2023 forecast for the attraction, which was named “Top Attraction of the Year” in Attraction Ontario’s 2022 Ontario’s Choice Awards.

The new attraction in downtown Toronto showcases iconic Canadian landmarks through extremely detailed miniature scale models.
File joins the Little Canada team with more than 20 years in the travel and tourism industry, across guest relations, human resources and operations capacities.
In his role as Little Canada’s director of guest experience, File will nurture and coach more than 30 team members, responsible for ensuring that guests enjoy an exceptional experience from start to finish.
In addition, Lyndon will manage and innovate the Little Bites café and Little Things retail store.
“I am thrilled to join Brad, Jean-Louis and the Little Canada team to build on our loving tribute to Canada, in miniature, for everyone who visits us in 2023 and beyond,” File said. “The reactions of wonder and disbelief we see when guests make their way through our attraction gives us great pleasure and satisfaction, further motivating us to exceed their expectations in every way.”
Kalbfleisch, leader of marketing and tourism, joins Little Canada with 24 years of marketing experience, specifically in roles that touched advertising, promotions, events, and partnerships.
In her most recent position as marketing manager with the CN Tower, Kalbfleisch oversaw the EdgeWalk launch, and renovations of the Gift Shop and Main Observation Level.
“I am excited to collaborate with our tourism industry colleagues to form invested, successful and sustainable partnerships,” Kalbfleisch said. “We are committed to our Little Canada guests and partners, and we are grateful for their generous endorsements and exceptional support.”
