St. Lucia's Coconut Bay, Serenity roll out Double Bonus Rewards for trade

Serenity at Coconut Bay and Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in Saint Lucia have introduced enhanced booking incentives for Canadian travel advisors, coinciding with major recognition in Tripadvisor's 2026 Travelers' Choice Best of the Best Awards, where both resorts earned top rankings based on guest reviews.

For registered bookings made through Aug. 31, 2026, for travel through June 30, 2027, Canadian travel advisors can earn Double Bonus Rewards through the resorts' CBAYREWARD$ program.

Advisors booking Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa can earn Double Bonus Rewards of up to US$140 per seven-night booking, depending on room category, while advisors booking Serenity at Coconut Bay can earn Double Bonus Rewards of US$60, US$120 or US$180 per seven-night stay, depending on accommodation category.

Rewards are paid via Visa prepaid card, PayPal, Amazon or Revolut, with bookings required to be registered through the CBAYREWARD$ program.

The program also includes a Best Rate Guarantee and client savings of up to 55 per cent.

Benefits with Air Canada Vacations

Travel advisors booking through Air Canada Vacations can access additional benefits, including 4,000 Aeroplan points for seven-night stays at Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa and 12,000 Aeroplan points for seven-night stays at Serenity at Coconut Bay.

Additional offers include Kids Stay Free through Air Canada PLAY and an eighth passenger free on qualifying 2027 group bookings.

Canadian advisors can also take advantage of special travel agent rates starting at US$369 per night, based on double occupancy.

Summer savings

Alongside the advisor incentives, the resorts have also unveiled a new "Summer of Adventure" offer for Canadian travellers, featuring savings on stays in the adults-only Harmony wing at Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa.

The recently rebuilt Harmony accommodations feature contemporary Caribbean design, handcrafted Saint Lucian furnishings, spa-inspired bathrooms and private balconies or patios.

The promotion includes seven-night all-inclusive packages with Air Canada Vacations, including roundtrip flights from Toronto Pearson airport, starting from CAD$3,329 per person, based on double occupancy, including taxes and fees. Pricing is subject to change.

The announcement comes as both properties celebrate prestigious recognition in Tripadvisor's 2026 Travelers' Choice Best of the Best Awards, an honour awarded to fewer than one per cent of the platform's more than eight million listings worldwide.

Serenity at Coconut Bay was ranked the No. 2 Top Hotel in the Caribbean, No. 3 Luxury Hotel in the Caribbean and No. 17 Top Hotel in the World.

Sister property Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa was recognized as the No. 13 All-Inclusive Resort in the Caribbean.
