Sandals Montego Bay opens a new overwater bar on stilts

The Sandals transformation continues.

As part of its plan to innovate with new amenities, Sandals Montego Bay has opened a new restaurant and overwater bar on stilts, offering 360°, unobstructed ocean views to guests as they dine.

The brand-new Jerk Shack and Latitude Overwater Bar are now open at the flagship Jamaican resort, taking its food and drink offerings to new levels.

Serving up the classics

The Jerk Shack offers new takes on Jamaican classics, such as jerk chicken, roasted fish in foil and roast sweet potato. The Latitudes Overwater Bar features 360° ocean views from a prime location just off the coast of a white sand beach and allows guests to lounge on a hammock suspended above turquoise waters.

Both additions come months after the hotel announced new luxury renovations and expansions, such as redesigned rooms, a refurbished lobby area and bar and updated conference center.

Sandals Montego Bay also plans to feature BMW Luxury Transfers for all guests in Club Sandals and Butler Suite categories starting October 15^th and two more 5-star dining options: Soy and Butch’s Steak & Seafood.
