Reservations open for Kimpton Tres Rios
Reservations are now open for the new all-inclusive Kimpton Tres Rios resort, which will start welcoming guests in early 2025.
Owned by Playa Hotels & Resorts, it will cover 326 acres and feature three ecosystems — jungle, mangrove forests and coastal dunes.
The resort will offer 355 accommodations in more than 20 categories, including adults-only suites and ocean-view swim-out suites.
Kimpton Tres Rios will be home to seven restaurants and five premium bars and lounges. Other guest amenities include four swimming pools, wellness programmes, kids’ activities, watersports and a range of ecological adventures.
Located on a white sand beach in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, the resort has undergone major renovations since early 2023 to fulfill IHG and Playa Hotels & Resorts standards.
“Kimpton Tres Rios redefines the luxury experience in the Riviera Maya, offering guests an all-inclusive retreat where every detail has been carefully designed to provide tranquillity, comfort and an intimate connection with nature,” said Playa Hotels & Resorts executive vice-president and chief investment officer Fernando Mulet. “It has been an honour to partner with IHG Hotels & Resorts to bring this first-ever Kimpton all-inclusive property to life. The result is a true benchmark in high-end hospitality.”
Guests can currently take advantage of special grand opening rates starting at $249 per person, per night.
