New spa from Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos coming in late 2023

Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos is set to open its new spa in late 2023.

The spa, located in the state of Baja California Sur, will have four treatment rooms, two of which are dedicated to couples’ treatments and one with a jacuzzi and oceanfront views.

Taking inspiration from Mexican culture, the spa places a strong emphasis on sound therapy, incorporating relaxing sounds of ocean waves and desert nights into treatments.

All treatments include a Grand Velas signature water ceremony, which takes guests through a series of restorative environments including a sauna, steam room, ice room and jacuzzi.

The ceremony ends with a magnesium pool experience.

The spa's menu features treatments inspired by the ocean and desert.

Signature treatments include Sounds of the Ocean, a massage with vibratory bowl sound therapy, and Ice and Fire Therapy, which combines the heat of obsidian stones and the cool of marble stones to stimulate blood circulation and energy balance.

Guests can choose from a range of other treatments, including massages, mindfulness therapies and harmonizing rituals.

The spa also offers infrared heat detoxification therapy, meditation and sleep therapy in a specialized station equipped with the latest technology.

Skincare products from EviDenS de Beauté, Natura Bisse and Babor will be used during treatments.
